Absolute Nature

The original house is an old Taiwanese building, and since the client is involved in making of aboriginal arts and crafts, the reformation and design of the building hence intend to showcase the building structures that represent their indigenous culture and also to reflect to its surrounding context. The style is influenced by the traditional stone slab house, integrated with skylights and greeneries to form a sustainable building. The use of raw materials is prioritized while decorations and part of the furniture are made from recycled waste timber to recreate new life to the old space.
